HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. I'll try to get it out sooner than that, but sometimes I get backed up, especially during the holiday season. If you need your item(s) sent quickly to make a deadline, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP & HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If your package weighs more than 13oz, it MUST be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. My studio is located in Greenville, NC, so it can sometimes take up to 6 business days for packages to reach the West Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within 3 business days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery within a certain timeframe for Priority packages [so unfortunately, neither can I].

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES! Well, technically. A delivery confirmation number is sent to you once your package ships; you can use that number to track your package. HOWEVER, USPS is not required to scan the delivery confirmation number upon arrival at each destination, which means that tracking has the potential to be unreliable.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I'm always happy to exchange or refund your item if you are unhappy with it as long as the refund/exchange takes place within 7 business days of you receiving your product.

If your item gets lost in the mail or is damaged during transit, I will happily send you a replacement!

If the postal services claims your item(s) was delivered, but you did not receive it, I will send a replacement, but ask that you cover the shipping costs of said replacement.
