Letterer, illustrator, designer, photographer, boss lady.

I sucked my thumb until I was twelve.

My cat has eight extra digits: 3 extra on each front paw and 1 extra on each hind paw.

I fully admit to having middle-child syndrome.

After graduating from East Carolina University in 2012, I got a job as a graphic designer at a local print shop. That position was short-lived. A few months after I started, my nanny quit, leaving me to decide if I wanted to become a stay-at-home-mom or try and find a new nanny. I decided to stay home.

I loved staying home with my little squish, but I wasn't feeling fulfilled on the creative front. At first, I thought, "Oh, I'd LOVE to make party and wedding invitations!" So that's what I did. I opened a shop on Etsy and added a few printable invitations to it. As I edited invitation after invitation, I found that I was no longer enjoying the work, so I switched gears. I went out on a limb and decided to try my hand at greeting card design.

I knew that I wanted my cards to be different; I wanted them to be unconventional, funny, and quirky. After designing a few cards for Valentine's Day, I fell in love [how appropriate, haha], and never looked back!

When I'm not working [which is rare], you can find me hanging out with my husband and our two adorable [yes, I'm slightly biased] children, making plans to plan to travel, and binge-watching series on Netflix.
